In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection regulations, you can request the deactivation and permanent deletion of your AKDATASUB account and associated personal data.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Personal Data Removed Your full name, phone number, email address, and profile credentials will be permanently erased.
Access Terminated All active login sessions, API authentication tokens, and virtual accounts will be revoked.
Wallet Balance Ensure you withdraw or utilize any remaining wallet balance prior to submitting your request.
Processing Window Verified deletion requests are completely executed within 7 business days.

How to Delete From Within the Mobile App

If you have the AKDATASUB mobile application installed:

  1. Open the app and log into your account.
  2. Go to Settings / Profile.
  3. Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete / Deactivate Account.
  4. Enter your password or 4-digit transaction PIN to confirm.
